Av. Begüm Sönmez is an associate at AKALP HUKUK, providing legal counsel and representation in various areas of law. She is a graduate of Yeditepe University Faculty of Law and Maltepe Anadolu High School, and has been a member of the Istanbul Bar Association since 2011. With a strong foundation in legal research and client advocacy, she is dedicated to delivering practical and solution-oriented legal services.

Beyond her professional activities, Ms. Sönmez is actively engaged in social and environmental causes as a member of the TEMA Foundation. She is fluent in English and has a beginner level proficiency in German.
